Mode d'emploi:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving daily in addition to regular meals. Add 3 scoops ( scoops included ) of Gainers Fuel 2500 to 3 cups ( 24 fl. oz. ) of low fat milk, or 16 fl. oz. water. Stir and Serve. Gainers Fuel may also be added to a blender with ice for a delicious, thick and frosty milkshake.
